We are seeking a project level geotechnical engineer for our Silverthorne office. This position is intended to manage the geotechnical engineering side of the office and staff and has significant growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain client relationships
Prepare project specific scope and fee proposals
Manage projects from proposal development through completion
Occasional construction site visits to help identify issues and provide our clients with workable solutions
Provide mentorship to personnel at this location with varying degrees of supervision
Perform engineering analysis to develop project specific geotechnical recommendations
Generate and present well written geotechnical studies
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in geotechnical/civil engineering or similar
4+ years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management experience
Registered professional engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado or ability to be obtained within 3 months.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in English.
Must have a valid CO driver's license, and acceptable driving record (per MVR).
Proficient with Office 365
