Field Survey & Design Technician
The Field Survey & Design Technician at Picture Build operates across two environments. The job site and the design office. They are responsible for connecting what exists in the field to what gets drawn on the plan. This role collects accurate site measurements and documentation using survey tools, translates that data into construction drawings in AutoCAD, and supports the design and production teams with drafting, revisions, plant procurement, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office logistics.
This is a hands-on technical role that requires equal comfort working outdoors in variable weather conditions and sitting at a drafting workstation under a tight deadline. The right person for this role takes pride in precise measurements, clean drawings, and zero details falling through the cracks between the field and the office.
