Our client is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to support a large luxury resort operation in New Hampshire. This role oversees preventative maintenance, mechanical systems, commercial equipment, and daily engineering operations across a dynamic, guest-focused property. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC and facilities maintenance experience within hospitality, resort, or large commercial environments.

Engineering Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of hotel, resort, or commercial building maintenance experience
Previous engineering leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment required
Commercial refrigeration experience strongly preferred
Universal HVAC License required
Valid Driver’s License required
Strong preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience responding to emergency maintenance situations
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in mechanical spaces
Engineering Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Experience within luxury hotels, resorts, ski resorts, or large destination properties
Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, kitchen systems, and general building operations
Hands-on leadership style with strong accountability and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working alongside contractors and outside vendors
Strong understanding of OSHA and safety compliance standards
Guest-service mindset with strong internal communication skills
