Summary: Seeking Civil Engineers or Licensed Surveyors for land development design and drafting, requiring strong AutoCAD skills and teamwork. Highlights: 1. Design and drafting for commercial, institutional, and residential projects 2. Opportunity to utilize Auto CAD skills effectively 3. Collaborative team environment with client and jurisdictional interaction Full Time, Part Time and Contract positions for a Civil Engineer or Licensed Surveyors for design and drafting of Commercial, Institutional and Residential Land Development Projects. The successful candidate must be able to use Auto CAD well and work and communicate well with team members, jurisdictional staff and clients. Also seeking a Licensed Surveyor to work with on a contract basis to perform topographic surveys, stake outs and prepare and review boundary surveys. We prefer at least 5 years Fairfax County and/or other Northern Virginia jurisdiction land development design experience. We are not a recruiter; we are a small Civil Engineering firm.
