Job Description We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our fabrication team that thrives in a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with expertise in AutoCAD software to create detailed and accurate technical drawings for fabrication projects. Responsibilities - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fabricators to develop detailed technical drawings and plans. - Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD software. - Interpret design specifications, blueprints, and sketches to produce accurate and precise drawings. - Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines. - Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements. - Assist in the development and maintenance of a drawing library and database. - Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of drafts and revisions. - Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed. - Maintain a thorough understanding of fabrication processes and materials to ensure practical and effective designs.
