The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience managing public projects from design through construction administration. Responsibilities: • Lead project teams and coordinate consultants • Manage public-sector projects (M.G.L. c.149 / c.30B) • Prepare and oversee construction documents • Coordinate with municipalities, EOHLC, HUD and regulatory agencies • Manage bidding, RFIs, change orders, and construction administration Qualifications: • 5–10+ years of architectural experience • Public-sector project experience required • Strong knowledge of MA building codes and public procurement • Proficiency in AutoCAD • MA Registered Architect preferred If you’re interested in working on impactful public projects, we’d love to connect.
