Drive projects from plan to permit swiftly Hello our company is looking for an experienced architect to manage the whole preconstruction process for homeowners wanting an ADU. Our companies main role is finding capital for the homeowner for the ADU via home investment or loan and preconstruction. Your role will be to project manage from start to finish. Everything will be outsourced including the plans unless you are able to do it quick and for low cost. Your role will be to find the cheapest contractors (even international) and get the homeowner from plan to permit for the lowest cost and as fast as possible using our CRM our stages in the CRM are as follows. Site assessment – visit, measurements, feasibility, ideal design Plans & design – create the ADU drawings Engineering – structural and any required technical plans Permits – submit to the city for approval We just started advertising and have two potential ADU's that need permits on a monthly basis we're not sure of the volume yet could be 5 or could be 20 this is why we're looking for a lead project manager to outsource. Please mention your experience and give a rough estimate what our cost would be from plan to permit for an ADU in LA and San Bernadino we mainly focus on garage conversions and 1 bedroom.
