Coordinate medical treatment and negotiate liens Washington-based personal injury law firm seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to independently manage a caseload of 50–60 active cases through the pre-litigation phase. Fully remote. You'll own the client relationship end-to-end – communication, medical treatment coordination, and lien resolution – through demand. What You'll Do: Manage 50–60 active cases, keeping progress on timeline Serve as main point of contact for clients (regular check-ins during treatment and case updates) Coordinate with medical providers and insurers to keep treatment on track Prepare demand letters within 30 days of receiving complete documentation Identify and negotiate medical liens ahead of settlement Maintain accurate case files across systems (Filevine, Outlook, Case Status) What We're Looking For: Strong organizational skills, comfortable with a high-volume caseload Case management software experience (Filevine a plus) Working knowledge of medical terminology Excellent written and verbal communication Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Self-motivated and able to work independently, remotely To apply, send your resume and a brief note on your personal injury case management experience.
