Salary: $92,955 per year
Job Duties:
Manage ongoing civil, intellectual property, and immigration matters; coordinate with off-site attorneys; prepare declarations, legal correspondence, briefs, contracts, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents; translate affidavits and client documents; organize and maintain paper and electronic case files; meet with clients, attorneys, and other professionals regarding case matters; file pleadings with court clerks; assist with trial preparation and organization of exhibits; investigate case facts and applicable law; search public records and other resources; gather and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, codes, and other legal materials; coordinate law-office activities, including the delivery of subpoenas; assist with witness appearances; and maintain the law library.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Law. Mandarin Chinese required. No prior employment experience or training required.
Travel:
Travel to Florida, Texas, and Illinois is required depending on case needs, approximately six times per year.
