Potential to transition from contract to full-time position We need an appearance ATTORNEY to appear on Criminal hearings and some Immigration hearings for a very high volume office. Most of the hearings are quite easy to do although some hearings are more interquit like basic misdemeanor trials, recovation hearing and bond hearings. We will pay per hearing on a contract basis and you will be attending anywhere between from one to a dozen hearings 3-4 days a week. You must be licensed to practice law in Nevada for this position.
