Our practice areas include, but are not limited to construction defect, insurance defense, employment law, personal injury, probate litigation, and general business litigation. We are currently seeking an attorney with civil litigation experience for our office to assist in our growing caseload. Once established with the firm, candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely. We are looking for an attorney with a great work ethic, critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow as a litigator. Also, you must enjoy being part of a team, as we believe that an attorney cannot succeed without their support staff. Experience in any of the specific fields of practice listed above is a plus but not required. Candidates with backgrounds adjacent to civil litigation, such as administrative law, education law, family law, workers’ compensation, and other similar areas of practice are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should be able to manage a fast-paced litigation environment, including managing a complete case load, writing reports, drafting motions, conducting discovery, making appearances on law and motion calendars, conducting depositions, and preparing other legal documents.
