We’re looking for a reliable, self-sufficient Low Voltage Technician or Electrician to support installation of energy management systems (EMS) in commercial buildings. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, takes pride in clean installs, and is comfortable in active jobsite environments.
⚠️ This is a traveling position with extended time on the road.
What You’ll Do:
* Run and secure low-voltage cabling (Cat5/6, thermostat wire, control wiring) without supervision
* Terminate, label, and troubleshoot wiring for commercial HVAC equipment
* Assist with installation of EMS/BAS components on RTUs, VAVs, and related systems
* Work in ceilings, rooftops, and mechanical spaces
* Operate scissor lifts and ladders safely in open store environments around customers
What We’re Looking For:
* Hands-on experience with low-voltage cable pulling and terminations
* Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant oversight
* Comfortable working at heights (ladders, extension ladders, lifts)
* Experience operating scissor lifts
* Own basic hand tools and drill
* OSHA 10 certification (required)
* Valid driver’s license preferred
Travel & Schedule:
* Primary work based in Florida, with travel to GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN
* Typical rotation is 3–4 weeks on the road followed by 1 week off at home
* Candidates must be comfortable with extended travel and overnight stays

Bonus Experience:
* HVAC controls / BAS systems (Carrier, Trane, Johnson, etc.)
