We are looking for someone who can lead water damage jobs from start to finish, including inspections, moisture mapping, demolition, drying equipment setup, monitoring, documentation, and daily communication with management. *Requirements* : * Water mitigation experience required * Lead technician or crew lead experience preferred * Knowledge of drying equipment, moisture meters, containment, demo, and jobsite documentation * MICA, Xactimate, or insurance/TPA experience is a plus * Must be reliable, professional, and able to communicate clearly * Valid driver’s license required * IICRC WRT certification preferred This is a serious position for someone who understands water mitigation work and can take ownership of the jobsite.
