Utilize electrical, hydraulic, and computer diagnostics The Lead Technician performs maintenance tasks for company assets. They will assist maintenance staff with overhauling minor components and installing replacements, using electrical, hydraulic and computer diagnostics. They will lead both scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance. This position acts in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the shop supervisor.
