Available Projects Projects are assigned based on your skills, experience, and area of expertise, including: Carpentry & Remodeling: Framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim, and structural upgrades. Drywall & Painting: Hanging, taping, mudding, texture matching, and interior/exterior painting. Licensed Trades: Residential plumbing updates, electrical troubleshooting, fixture installations, and minor repairs. Requirements Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the trades listed above. Your Own Tools & Vehicle: A reliable work vehicle and the standard tools necessary to perform your trade are required. General Liability Insurance: All subcontractors must maintain active general liability insurance and be able to provide proof of coverage when requested. Professional Standards: Strong attention to detail, reliable communication, quality workmanship, and a commitment to leaving each job site clean and orderly.
