We are not looking for a salesman who “sort of” knows roofing. We are looking for someone who can diagnose leaks, perform quality repairs, communicate professionally with homeowners, and represent the company properly in the field. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. What We Need: Experience with shingle, tile, and flat roof repairs Ability to diagnose roof leaks correctly Experience with flashing, sealants, underlayment repairs, and troubleshooting Clean, professional appearance Strong communication skills with customers Valid driver’s license Ability to work safely in Arizona heat OSHA and harness experience preferred What We Offer: W-2 employment (not 1099) Consistent work Company vehicle Opportunity for growth as we expand our service division Supportive team environment We do roofing the right way — safely and without cutting corners Compensation: Pay depends on experience and ability.
