We’re a small, people-first painting company looking for a Crew Leader who takes ownership, communicates well, and genuinely cares about quality and customer experience. What You’ll Do ● Paint residential and small commercial projects ● Lead a small team of painters on site ● Review job scope and coordinate materials and equipment ● Message the client the day before, and prep your crew ● Walk through the job with the client and set clear expectations ● Keep work on schedule and quality on point ● Send daily updates to the client and owner (what got done, any issues, what’s next) ● Ensure the job wraps up cleanly — walkthroughs, touchups, cleanup, payment ● Collect payment, request a review, and ask for referrals and lawn sign Who You Are You’re the kind of person who: ● Takes pride in your work and wants to lead by example ● Is coachable, organized, and great with people ● Has a strong work ethic, good energy, and a high level of reliability ● Is long-term focused, values career growth, and wants to be part of a team ● Communicates clearly and solves problems proactively Painting experience is required.
