We are seeking an experienced CNC / EDM Operator to join our precision team in our Marathon, Florida facility. About the Role: You will set up and operate CNC and EDM equipment to perform precision machining, hole opening, blending, and finishing on critical aerospace components. Work involves tight tolerances, superalloy materials, and strict FAA / OEM specifications in a climate-controlled shop environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate CNC and hole popper EDM machines, perform precision machining and finishing on turbine blades and related parts, read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications, maintain tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes, conduct in-process inspections and maintain detailed quality records, follow all safety, quality, and FAA Part 145 procedures. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on CNC and/or EDM operation experience (aerospace or precision machining preferred), Proficiency with G-code, machine setups, and tooling experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, etc.), reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
