Work in a supportive team environment with an organized shop Job Title: Millwork Painter Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day Shift Location: On-site Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Painter to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing, finishing, and spraying custom millwork products including cabinetry, doors, panels, trim, and other architectural woodwork. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and maintaining a clean, organized spray area. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming Apply stains, sealers, lacquers, and paints Operate and maintain spray equipment (HVLP, air-assisted, etc.) Mix and match stains and paint colors accurately Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards Maintain spray booth and finishing area cleanliness Follow all safety procedures and proper material handling guidelines Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Qualifications Previous experience in millwork finishing or cabinet painting preferred Knowledge of wood finishing techniques and materials Experience with spray equipment and finishing systems Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay (BOE) Full-time, steady work Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment Clean and organized shop If you are passionate about producing high-quality finishes and want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, we encourage you to apply.
