The successful candidate will be expected to provide a variety of services for new and existing clients (homeowners). The most critical skill is plumbing experience (install water heaters, sinks, garbage disposals, etc). Other tasks may include simple wiring, sheetmetal, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting. Those who have worked in the APARTMENT MAINTENANCE field are a great fit.
