This is steady, well-paid field work for someone who knows their way around a house and doesn't need to be micromanaged. What You'll Be Doing Responding to dispatched service calls across our service area Handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general interior/exterior repairs Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, not just following a checklist Logging completed work through our mobile app Communicating directly with residents so they know what was done and why Why This Job $40-45/hour, based on experience Full-time, consistent weekday schedule with dispatched jobs throughout the day Work independently. No one looking over your shoulder Variety of properties and job types, not the same site every day What You Bring 3-4+ years of property maintenance experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Your own small hand tools Mechanical/electrical aptitude and the judgment to solve problems on site Strong communication with customers and the office Comfortable working independently and managing your own time North Pacific Home Repair, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
