This technician will need the technical skills and knowledge to diagnose and repair HVAC systems, zone damper systems, perform preventative maintenance, and properly quote new systems when needed. We DO NOT offer 24-hour service, we have great working hours, excellent customers, low milage vans, some weekend call is required but pay is at 30% of ticket for weekend calls. Weekly salary guaranteed even during slow winter months. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 3+ years experience * Valid driver's license with a clean record * Great attitude and professional appearance * Organized, good verbal communication skills, customer-service oriented and eager to work * Complete set of hand tools for HVAC trade - all other necessary equipment will be provided * State Registration * Candidates are expected to pass a drug screening and background check.
