Work well with installation team and communicate professionally Position: HVAC Experienced Installer Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong residential HVAC installation experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can confidently install with a crew from start to finish. Responsibilities - Complete residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish - Install and replace air conditioning and heating systems - Read and interpret installation specifications and job requirements - Properly install ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical components, condensate systems, and equipment - Ensure all installations meet company standards - Work well with installation team, Lead installer, helpers and junior technicians - Communicate professionally with team, homeowners, builders, and management - Diagnose and resolve installation issues in the field - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site - Complete required paperwork and job documentation in our software system (Service Titan is a plus) Qualifications - 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred - Previous experience as an HVAC Installer - Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems - Ability to work well with a crew and work independently - EPA certification required - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Drug Free Work Place - Strong communication and customer-service skills - Ability to lift equipment and work in Florida heat and various job-site conditions - Must be dependable, safety-minded, and quality-focused - Work well with others, team player If you’re an experienced HVAC installer who is ready to join a team and build quality systems, we want to hear from you!
