Black Diamond Roofing and Construction is an established 23 year old licensed, bonded, and insured contractor serving the Tri-Cities and beyond! We are looking for dependable and hardworking roofers to start immediately The ideal candidate must be hard-working, reliable, takes pride in their work, follows directions, and has a good attitude Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Install or repair roofing on new or existing residential homes and commercial buildings - Remove old roofing material and prep for installation - Install new asphalt shingles, metal flashing, skylights, etc. Requirements: - Must be 18 years of age or older - Minimum 1 year of roofing experience installing asphalt shingles - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to our office in Richland every day - Ability to lift 80 lbs. - Has own tools and tool chest - Dependable and committed to high-quality workmanship - People who practice safety above anything else - Comfortable working in various weather conditions at significant heights Wage varies based on experience/skill level Paid every Friday ! ALSO - If you have experience in the following, we really want to hear from you! • TPO Membrane Installation: Proficiency in installing single-ply TPO roofing systems on commercial or industrial flat roofs. • Welding & Detailing Skills: Strong background in hot-air welding techniques, including seams, corners, terminations, and flashing work. • Roof Assessments: Ability to evaluate existing roof conditions, identify deficiencies, and recommend repair or insulation solutions. • Code & Safety Knowledge: Understanding and adherence to OSHA guidelines, job-site safety protocols, and all relevant building codes and manufacturer requirements. • Material Familiarity: Hands-on experience working with leading roofing systems (GAF, Carlisle, Etc).
