Summary: Seeking an experienced field manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of multiple construction projects from planning to close-out. Highlights: 1. Manage multiple construction projects from initiation through completion. 2. Coordinate with clients, estimators, and field crews. 3. Address unforeseen field issues and manage project budgets. LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER ON MULTIPLE JOBS We are looking for a minimum of 5 year experienced field manager to: - Write project scopes of work for office manager to create proposal. - Meets with Estimator to review project. - Reviews construction drawings to bid set. - Contacts client’s project manager to confirm start-up requirements. - Contact landlord for job start requirements - Prepares and distributes construction schedule to field crew - Meet job superintendent for project/plan review, providing sub-contractor & material information. - Confirm all documents have been received and returned required documents – contract, insurance, warranties, etc. - Conducts job start meeting on site with all personnel. - Meets client/visits site as required. - Addresses unforeseen field issues with project. - Generates weekly updated budgets with projections including all associated costs to complete.
