Autonomy to manage time across job sites We’re a busy basement remodeling company serving DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and we’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented tradesperson to finish our projects to a high standard. You’ll be the person who makes a job ready for the client to walk through. What you’ll do: Complete project punch-outs and final detail work Install cabinets, doors, door hardware, bathroom fixtures, and floating shelves Do finish and fine carpentry, plus minor framing for punch-out work Make minor electrical and plumbing adjustments Handle painting, drywall repairs, and other finish work needed to close out a project What we’re looking for: Experience in finish carpentry and residential remodeling A good eye for detail and pride in clean, quality work Ability to work on your own and manage your time across job sites Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Your own basic hand and power tools Good communication with project managers and homeowners Pay: $22–$35/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
