You won't spend every day doing the same thing. 💰 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? ✅ $23–$28/hour ✅ Full-time, steady work ✅ PTO & paid holidays ✅ Medical, dental & vision insurance ✅ Life insurance ✅ Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) ✅ Safe Harbor 401(k) ✅ Early access to your pay ✅ Established company with opportunities to grow ✅ Variety — driving, construction, repairs & customer interaction 🚛 WHAT YOU’LL DO Delivery & DOT Driving • Safely deliver storage buildings to retail locations and customer properties • Drive company DOT vehicles and tow trailers • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Maintain accurate hours using our Electronic Logging Device (ELD) • Communicate vehicle maintenance or service needs Construction & Field Service • Complete warranty and service repairs at customer locations • Perform basic carpentry, roofing, painting and construction-related work • Troubleshoot problems in the field and determine the best solution • Inspect completed work and provide feedback to management Customer Service • Provide professional, friendly service to customers • Represent the company professionally while working in the field • Assist with retail displays and marketing materials • Support special events and Home Shows when needed 🔨 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: ✔ Has construction, carpentry, handyman or similar skilled-trade experience ✔ Can read a tape measure, working drawings and use a speed square ✔ Is comfortable using saws, drills, nail guns, compressors and other power tools ✔ Has experience driving flatbeds, box trucks and/or towing trailers ✔ Can safely load, unload and transport materials ✔ Has strong problem-solving skills ✔ Can work independently and manage their day ✔ Is comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and reporting ✔ Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers ✔ Has a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record ✔ Can pass a DOT physical and maintain a DOT medical certificate Big-box delivery and previous DOT experience are a PLUS! 👷 THIS POSITION IS A GREAT FIT FOR: Carpenters • Handymen • Construction Workers • Delivery Drivers • DOT Drivers • Field Service Technicians • Maintenance Technicians • Remodelers • Installers 📲 INTERESTED?
