This role involves managing maintenance tickets for Northern and Southern office locations, ensuring their timely resolution, and providing regular updates to staff. The Assistant will also play a key role in all major and minor relocation projects, office closures, and expansion initiatives. A significant part of the position involves serving as the primary point of contact and liaison for CSLS facilities' vendors, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC contractors. This role will also assist with a variety of facilities-related issues and projects, including scheduling preventative maintenance for assigned CSLS locations, responding to urgent maintenance calls, overseeing janitorial services, and facilitating minor repairs and furniture moving. Support for other departments will also be required as needed.
