This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities • Move and organize raw steel and materials throughout the shop • Read layouts, measurements, and production drawings • Prepare and lay out products for fabrication and production • Assist with cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembly of steel components • Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently • Support shop production goals while maintaining quality standards • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications • Previous fabrication experience required • Experience working in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred • Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings • Comfortable working with raw materials and heavy equipment • Welding experience is a plus, but certification is not required • Strong attention to detail and work ethic • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods • Reliable attendance and positive attitude What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Full-time opportunity • Stable and growing work environment • Team-oriented culture • Opportunity to expand fabrication and welding skills Interested in this position?
