Position overview: Diagnose and repair damaged handheld data collection terminals, mobile printers, and label printers. Refurbish / clean handheld data collection terminals, mobile printers, and label printers. Fills out repair report with a detailed failure analysis, and noting correct assembly/model numbers, physical damage, cosmetic defects, functional defects, components replaced. Fills out requisition for parts needed to perform repairs. Follow written and/or verbal instructions and daily service schedules to do repairs. Communicates with customers by phone on repair orders and product troubleshooting.
