Focus on professional attitude and attention to detail American Erosion Control is looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Leader to join our team of experienced professionals in a full-time role with the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a supportive, dynamic work environment. $500.00 sign on Bonus after 90 days of employment. ✅ Requirements: MUST have a minimum 6 mo. + years of Erosion Control Crew Lead experience (references and background check required) MUST have valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record and all legal documentation Experience driving trailers Reliable transportation Ability to work in all weather conditions Strong leadership & communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude 🛠️ Responsibilities: Lead a crew of 3 to 5 team members - working along side your team Communicate with field and construction managers throughout the day Assist crew with daily tasks and site work Maintain a professional attitude and attention to detail ⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM – 3:00 PM 40 hours a week
