We build custom homes, ADUs, and large renovations — and we take pride in the quality of every project we deliver. We are looking for 2nd experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team and help lead field operations across multiple active job sites. What You'll Be Doing You will be the eyes and ears on every job site. That means daily site visits, QAQC walkthroughs and completing checklists, coordinating subcontractors/ architects/ engineers, documenting progress, and making sure every project moves forward safely and on schedule and up to our standards. You'll work directly alongside the Project Manager and coordinate and report on everything happening in the field. Responsibilities Visit and inspect all active job sites daily or multiple times per week Perform quality control checks at every phase of construction Coordinate subcontractors — confirm schedules, ensure they have what they need, hold them to the standard Document all site activity with daily logs and photos using HCH CRM Identify and flag issues before they become costly problems Conduct pre-inspection walkthroughs and be present for all building inspections Communicate clearly and promptly with ownership on all field conditions Maintain organized photo records in CRM by project and date What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction Strong working knowledge of all phases of home construction — framing through finish Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors across multiple projects Highly organized with strong attention to detail Honest, dependable, and takes ownership of their work Comfortable using digital tools for communication and documentation (JobTread experience a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ~ $28-$38hr Company provided work truck Company credit card for project consumables and meals Flexible time off / Unlimited PTO for salary Health Benefits coming later in 2026 A company that values quality, integrity, and doing the job right Room to grow as the company grows Work directly with ownership — your input matters here Stable, year-round work in the Wenatchee Valley This is a full-time position.
