We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, precision-crafted components that meet the demanding standards of our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Composites Sander / Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sanding composite surfaces (not fiberglass) to achieve optimal quality and finish, ensuring our tooling meets strict specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn a new trait. Duties Use handheld sanding blocks of all sizes to sand and shape a Putty like material and fill and shape any voids with Bondo, Use handheld electric buffers to polish components Self-inspection of finished components for surface imperfections, ensuring they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area Prior composites experience a plus, but not necessary. Strong attention to detail.
