Bring your 3 years experience and can-do attitude for immediate consideration! *Rate of Pay: $45-58 per hour DOE *Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm DUTIES: •Service, maintenance and repair packaged and split system heat pumps •Service, maintenance and repair ductless split system heat pumps and AC units •Service, maintenance and repair of VAV and VRF/VRV systems •Control wiring •Refrigeration piping •Condensate piping •System start-ups MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •3+ years performing maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems •Current valid 06A Electrical license •EPA certification and Seattle Refrigeration Mechanic license •HVAC controls experience •Ability to lift 70 lbs •Computer and smart phone literate •Valid drivers license and clean driving record •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
