We're looking for a skilled CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist who values teamwork and clear communication. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days Required: ● 5+ years CNC Mill experience ● Strong setup skills (fixture, tooling, proving out) ● Extensive knowledge of G & M code ● Blueprint reading proficiency ● Knowledge of GD&T; comfortable working to close tolerances (+/-.001) ● Ability to perform in-process inspections ● Self-starter mentality, quality-first approach ● Comfortable in a high-mix / low-volume environment Preferred: ● Fanuc controls ● SURFCAM or programming experience ● Collaborating with programming/management on process improvements
