COMPANY/POSITION SUMMARY
Are you ready for adventure? We are looking to add a crew member to our Cottage Grove based team. Tool Tech, Inc. is a regional leader in telecommunications construction throughout the pacific northwest and thrives on creating a company that positively impacts employee safety (physical and psychological), personal growth, and accountability.
Our technicians play a vital role and are at the core of our company, helping to construct and/or maintain wireless infrastructure (cell towers). We are looking for motivated, physically agile, collaborative individuals to join our team. Position involves travel and performing work at heights reaching 300 ft. Will train if you show transferrable skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
GENERAL DUTIES
1. Job Preparation: Review the scope of work with your Foreman. Work with Warehouse Manager to identify materials, load vehicles and stock supplies/tools.
2. Technical: Assist with tower construction and maintenance by climbing towers or serving as a ground technician assembling tower components, performing physical labor, general construction. Assist with the operation and interpretation of testing equipment, project plans, client requests. Drive company vehicles.
3. Utilize Tools and Equipment. Use, manage, and care for a variety of tools and equipment throughout the workday including but not limited to testing equipment, hand tools, rental equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc…
4. Safety & Training: Perform safety checks, participate in safety discussions , and maintain the highest standards of safety protocol. Participate in a variety of trainings as needed to maintain compliance and standards within industry.
5. Documentation: Utilize diverse online programs to complete technical work and communicate with co-workers, including Email, Microsoft Teams, Trello, Etc...
6. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
Driver’s License with a good driving record (past 3 years)
Drug testing required
Ability to travel throughout the northwest and be out of town 5 days a week (most often home on the weekends).
Ability to work overtime
Experience in construction, engineering, electrical work, maintenance, or equivalent which provides you the skills necessary to perform the duties.
Preferred
Experience in wireless infrastructure construction.
Underground utility work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to climb various towers up to 300+ ft.
Ability to work in weather conditions ranging from snow, rain, wind to high heat and everything in between.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
