Training provided for those eager to learn DC Cabinets is hiring full-time cabinet assemblers at our shop in Otay Mesa, San Diego. Experienced assemblers are welcome, and no cabinet-shop experience is required for applicants ready to learn. We build custom cabinets and related parts. You’ll help assemble cabinets, measure and check parts, use shop tools safely, and learn to read job paperwork. As your skills grow, you may take on doors, drawers, hardware, and more independent assembly work. We’re looking for people who show up reliably, work carefully, ask questions, and want to build things correctly. Experience with cabinets, furniture, millwork, or other hands-on work is helpful, but we can train the right person.
