The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in professional service shop procedures, own their own complete tool set, and be capable of immediately performing mid-to-advanced level vehicle repairs. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate mechanical diagnostics, component replacement, and system overhauls on various vehicle makes and models. Direct experience executing complex mechanical services including timing belt/chain replacements, water pumps, and engine cooling systems. Perform full A/C system diagnostics, evacuation, compressor replacement, and recharge. Execute routine maintenance, brake systems, steering/suspension repair, and general engine mechanical work. Complete inspection reports, log service notes clearly, and maintain clean work areas in accordance with shop standards. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Experience: Minimum 2+ years of verified automotive shop experience as a B-Level Technician or equivalent. Professional Experience: Minimum 1+ Year as a C level tech Tools: Must own a comprehensive set of professional hand, air, and power tools along with roll-box storage ready for daily shop use. Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills, high attention to detail, and a consistent, reliable attendance record. Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for vehicle test drives.
