Qualifications: -Driver's license required -Vehicle transportation provided after probationary period. -Punctuality is a must. -Perform detailed quality control inspections at each phase of the project. -Maintain daily on-site presence to monitor safety, quality, and overall progress. -Interpret and work from blueprints and construction documents. -Manage all phases of commercial projects from foundation through final finish. -Drug test required. -Minimum 3-4 years' experience in similar role preferred. -Strong leadership and organizational skills a must.
