Maintain quality and accuracy throughout production Custom Commercial Woodworker / Fabricator We are looking for an experienced woodworker/fabricator to join our commercial millwork team. We build high-quality custom fixtures and architectural millwork including reception desks, wall panel systems, seating, displays, tables, and more. Requirements • 5+ years of commercial woodworking or millwork experience • Ability to read shop and architectural drawings • Experience using common woodworking hand tools and power tools • Strong attention to detail and quality • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team • Self-motivated and able to take direction Preferred Experience • CNC and shaper experience • Experience with: o Laminates o Veneers o Solid wood o Acrylics/plastics o Solid surface materials • Understanding of commercial fabrication and assembly methods Responsibilities • Build custom commercial millwork and fixtures • Maintain quality and accuracy throughout production • Keep work area clean and organized • Track time/materials as required • Work efficiently while meeting production goals • Assist and coordinate with other shop team members Schedule • Full-time • Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM • Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Benefits • Competitive pay • Company-paid health and dental insurance • Paid sick leave • Paid vacation and holidays • 401(k)
