Factory Location: Hot Springs, AR
Compensation: $21.42/hour at time of hire with $.50 increases at 90 and 180 days upon completion of successful review
Schedule: Shift option #1: 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Wednesday + 6:00am-12:00pm Thursday
Shift option #2:12:00pm-6:00pm Thursday + 6:00am -6:00pm Friday-Sunday

Responsibilities: Staging raw materials at each production line in a timely manner
Raw materials receiving / scanning and completion of associated BOL paperwork per Primo Brands compliance standards
Assure daily coverage of raw materials per Production Schedule
Organize and maintain raw material storage areas on a daily basis
Manage trailer movement in and out of raw material dock doors, including tracking late deliveries
Perform accurate counts of raw materials and variable ops as needed
Loading recyclables, dunnage, and scrap materials into trailers as needed
Maintain clean work area on a daily basis, including sweeping and floor scrubbing as needed
Align with factory continuous improvement initiatives including end of shift debriefs and shift hand offs
Utilize Standard Operating Procedures and official departmental forms for daily tasks
Assist with raw material hold process as needed
Consistently maintain safe work habits and environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Forklift experience strongly preferred
Attention to safety and performance through a strong safety record and solid performance reviews
Attention to detail, as audits and BOLs must be completed to Primo Brands auditing standards
Previous inventory management experience preferred
Strong computer skills, specifically SAP/EWM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
Excellent interpersonal and written communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a group environment
Must be flexible in hours worked so as to cover peer vacations and absences
Able to lift 50 or more pounds
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
