Join our study on light sensitivity, light exposure patterns, and chronotype! We are looking for participants from ages 18 to 65 who are early chronotypes (early birds) or late chronotypes (night owls) The study is 9 days long with 3 in person visits at Washington University in St. Louis and 1 week of sleep and light exposure monitoring at home. Compensation is up to $285. The purpose of the study is to understand the factors that contribute to chronotype (i.e.: being an early bird or a night owl).
