Participants will complete 2 weeks of sleep and light exposure monitoring at home, in-lab light sensitivity and melatonin assessments, and 5 weeks of at-home treatment with an in-person check-in with staff after 1 week of treatment.
Compensation is up to $1325.
The purpose of this study is to examine whether morning bright light improves symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder in young adults with intrusive thoughts and late bedtimes.
