The ideal candidate: • Has been a personal or executive assistant in the past, and thrived in that job • Genuinely loves four-legged family members (past or current dog ownership is a big plus) • Describes themselves as reliable, service oriented and trustworthy, taking great pride in their work • Is naturally meticulous, organized and thorough • Has computer skills in the MS Office environment (Word, Excel and Outlook) • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and a job with variety (as opposed to routine) • Can independently assess what needs to be done and work without supervision • Able to travel on occasion, including an upcoming trip to the east coast for several weeks after Thanksgiving and before Christmas (yes, extended hours will accrue commensurate pay) You will be responsible for walking and feeding a large-breed dog (not to worry, she’s a cream puff!), running errands, household support, light meal prep, some office work. The hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. On Tuesdays, if you can start later and finish later, that would be appreciated. Pay will be on the books in the range of $25 to $35 per hour. We hire people for the long term, and value candidates who have longevity in their jobs. A one-year commitment is required (at minimum; we surely hope you stay longer).
