RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee badge office operations.
Answer phone calls and emails placed to badge office in a professional manner.
Updating employee, contractor and vendor badge access as directed, while maintaining compliance with company policy.
Ensure badging supplies are in stock and equipment is functional.
Manage and maintain cardholder profile accuracy, create new access levels and groups, and delete unused access levels and groups to ensure proper maintenance of the system.
Trouble shoots problems or concerns related to access control equipment (i.e. doors & readers), databases and policies and coordinates problem resolutions.
Ensure that all appropriate data is inputted into database as called out by company stakeholders.
Establish and maintain the highest standards of appearance and professional conduct and set an example for all Security personnel and customer clients.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual needs to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may be based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and has demonstrated a willingness to work with a diverse public.
Must have an excellent attendance record and an overall good record with no evidence of disciplinary actions.
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and utilize sound judgment.
Demonstrates strong leadership in the workplace.
Working knowledge of card access, security and safety systems as they are utilized in high-rise commercial office buildings.
Strong knowledge of PC’s and Microsoft programs.
Basic knowledge and willingness to further develop proficiency with AI tools.
Previous administrative experience desired.
Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to analyze and develop innovative recommendations and solutions.
Ability to act in decisive manner in emergency situations.
Ability to assist in facilitating progressive change.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to walk, stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to ascend and descend stairs, inclines or declines.
Ability to see objects closely, as in reading.
Ability to hear normal sounds amidst some background noise.
Ability to perform tasks which require hand/eye coordination
Ability to concentrate on moderate details with some interruption.
Ability to attend task/function for more than 60 minutes at a time.
Possess the manual dexterity to operate hand-held or hand-operated devices such as, but not limited to, two-way radio, fire control panel, telephones and other pieces of equipment with knobs, dials, switches, keys and buttons.
