Responsibilities: About the Role During a visit th can last up to one hour, Mrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medicion adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being th can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Mrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers: Conduct adult / geriric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and trement, health educion, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documention according to Mrix guidelines and protocols Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as approprie Collabore with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on pient educion and follow up as necessary Provide services the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities Benefits of Working Mrix Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Surday from 8 am – 7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule. Competitive Pay – Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Increase your earning potential by offering greer availability and traveling to see members outside your home locion. Those completing a monthly average of 20 – 100 visits earn $1,800 – $11,500 per month. This is based on the per assessment completion re range of $90 – $115 depending on your ste of residence. Benefits – Including mileage reimbursement, 401(k), employee referral bonuses, and limited voluntary benefits. Educion and Support – We invest in YOU! In addition to comprehensive onboarding training we will assign you a preceptor, provide 1:1 feedback, and offer free access to earn continuing educion. Additional Licensure – Should business need exist; we will support you in obtaining additional ste licensure and credentialing in neighboring stes – or others you may want to visit while completing health assessments. Full-time (FT) Opportunities – Our PRN providers can transition to FT roles supporting their home locion, or a ste or region – and receive a FT sign on bonus. Qualificions: Skills & Experience Th Shine Master’s Degree or commensure experience and sisfactory completion of NP licensure Current NP licensure in ste of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certificion in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certificion 1 year of NP experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
