WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Adult residents of the county of Santa Fe, New Mexico ages 18-70. Date of Mock Trial: June 13 and 14, 2026 The hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) each day. REQUIREMENTS: • MUST BE a U.S. Citizen • MUST BE a county of Santa Fe resident for minimum 1 year. • MUST BE 18 years of age or older • MUST HAVE a valid New Mexico driver’s license or New Mexico State I.D. showing a county of Santa Fe address. • MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY • MUST BE ABLE to sit for extended periods, watch and listen to presentations on a screen, take notes, and complete forms on an iPad. • MUST HAVE a minimum High School Diploma; persons with college degrees are encouraged to participate.
