Requirements: Frequent travel between multiple job sites within the Pittsburgh area 2+ years of high level Construction Management experience Extensive Exterior Home Improvement Experience Experience with overseeing teams of Project Managers & building team culture Professionalism is VERY important. Strong Leadership Skills Self-accountability & Extreme Ownership Excellent communicion, organizional and interpersonal skills HIGHLY evolved customer service skills Responsibilities: Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work. Responsible for managing multiple crews, multiple people & multiple projects once Responsible for communicing the agreement between company and customer Identifies alternive courses of action needed, and negoties directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as approprie. Analyzes all legal requirements reled to licensing and permitting to obtain necessary permits. Completes various administrive tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery. Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between stes as needed.
