A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer mching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities GardaWorld Uniform provided no cost Responsibilities of Wch Commander Provide timely communicions and actionable intelligence to support the protection of people, assets/intellectual property, and infrastructure of center and reled interests/entities Serve as the hub for the monitoring, analysis, and interpretion of risks and thres th may affect the business and ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly, and immediely notify approprie stakeholders Perform analysis, planning, and provide direction in order to ensure th the SOC is delivering maximum value to the business Identify and communice daily all critical items requiring the tention of senior management and coordine with Security Managers to provide necessary documention in support of uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispch, Incident Reporting, etc.) Develop a program for maintenance and troubleshooting of software systems with a focus on preventive maintenance and early detection of potential issues and assist in identifying new technologies and upgrades for existing systems Assume full responsibility for identifying and scheduling all approprie certificions and inspections of the SOC, its systems, personnel and functions and ensure procedures and protocols are in place th enable the timely and effective response to, and management of, incidents, alarms, notificions, calls and other activities reled to the SOC and its role as a central monitoring stion Develop training and Standard Opering Procedures (SOPs) for personnel assigned to the SOC and control rooms to facilite effective performance Supervise SOC personnel on multiple shifts, complete performance appraisals, handling employee complaints and disciplining 9 Other duties as assigned Qualificions of a Wch Commander Minimum five (5) years experience in a Security Operions Center, Security Communicions Center, security/alarm monitoring center or other closely reled operion Work experience must include the following: Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delege tasks, and communice to a range of audiences including to executive management Demonstred analytic and critical thinking skills Demonstred ability to ensure compliance, monitoring of assets, and making rapid notificions via mass communicion tools Demonstrion of strong computer skills (hardware, software & network operions) with the ability to communice effectively with IT and Security Systems professionals Other Reled Attributes Th Would Enhance Hiring Considerion: Bachelor’s Degree in Informion Technology or reled field • Communicion Center supervisory experience • Documented work experience with a UL Certified Central Alarm Receiving Stion Documented experience and competency in any of the following Security Software Systems:Access Control/ID systems (ProWch a plus) Industry simulion software solution Alarm Receiving Automion software (Onyx Works a plus) Incident Management and computer assisted dispch software CCTV/Video Management systems (MaxProa plus) Mass Notificion systems (Everbridge a plus) o Business Intelligence and Travel Tracking (e.g. – iJet, NC4) In the United Stes, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Gre Place to Work.
