This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. The Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization by managing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects.    Responsibilites: Assigns transaction codes to documents. Classifies, examines, and analyzes accounting records and prepares related financial reports and statements. Performs special projects as assigned; completes more routine and established projects and analyses for a specific accounting or finance area. Works under supervision of management or more senior staff. Ensures documents being processed are included in the appropriate accounting period. Collaborates with other departments, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of financial processes. Posts, balances, and closes subsidiary ledgers. May follow up on delinquent accounts receivable customers. Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of account documents and makes adjustments. About You Required: High school diploma and 2 years related experience or Bachelor's degree required. Must understand bookkeeping/accounting principles. Preferred: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus. #LI-KK3 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
